We are excited to welcome our new Registered Nurse to our team, Amy Kidd! Amy comes to us highly recommended. She is certified to inject Botox and is currently expanding her expertise with fillers. As a Modesto Registered Nurse, Amy’s experience and advanced skillset for working with different lasers for procedures such as skin resurfacing, anti-aging, and laser hair removal is extremely valuable, plus she has existing certifications and training in the following areas:

Amy is also an emergency room nurse and has worked for two years in oncology, plus she received certification in ACLS, PALS, and even more over the course of her education.
Amy spent 2004-2008 in the military as an Aviation Electronics Technician. While her career in the military seems a far stretch from the aesthetic nursing she does now, Amy believes her time in the military gave her a better understanding and an easier transition than most into cosmetic laser procedures.
Amy was raised in the bay area near Alameda and Oakland and, as a teenager, moved to the valley area for high school. After high school, she attended Columbia College in Senora, California.
When Amy isn’t busy studying and working, you can find her with her husband of 10 years and their four children, ages 3, 8, 15, and 16. You can also find her pursuing her favorite hobby of shoe shopping, and not just your everyday high heels or boots. Amy has an affinity for sneakers and is expanding her collection whenever she can!
When Amy was asked why she decided to pursue a career in aesthetic nursing, she spoke of not realizing how you could damage your skin, perhaps from too much sun exposure or improper general care. She is always happy to help people erase the damage and restore their self-confidence and youthful appearance. A caring person, she wants what is best for her patients.
